Are the newsletters written by humans?
Yes. This is the whole point of SSSEND. As AI becomes more and more prevalent, having an authentic, human tone of voice, and a point of view is what will separate your SSSEND newsletter from something cooked up by a bot.We, of course, use search tools to research your field and sector, and as the world advances, that will likely increasingly include research that's augmented by AI, but we humans are the ones writing and editing your newsletters. Do you specialize in any particular field or sector?
No. We are founded by marketing and advertising veterans who have experience working on over 125 brands, from single founder, early stage startups to giant household names like Nike, Bumble, WeWork, and Johnnie Walker.After receiving your discovery survey answers, we do thorough research into your field or sector, before we start writing your newsletters.
Why would my company benefit from a newsletter?

What documents and information do you need to start?
We don’t need anything else other than your replies to the discovery survey, your email address, and your payment details!If you have other material that you would like to share with us, email it to hi@sssend.com, and we will look into it.
How can you create our newsletter without a call?
We’ve worked hard to create a super fast (human) research methodology and writing process.Both have been built around your answers to the questions we pose in the discovery survey.We aim to make the whole thing as smooth a process as possible for you, turning around a first newsletter outline within 48 hours of you filling out the discovery survey, and a first issue within 48 hours of you approving the outline.
Can I see examples of your previous work?

How long does it take you to write our new newsletter?
On average, it takes around 48 hours for us to turn your answers to the discovery survey into your newsletter outline, and then another 48 hours to get your newsletter text over to you. Yep, SSSEND takes you from onboarding to the first newsletter in just 4 days!
Can you design our emails and send them out for us as well?
Right now, thanks to customer preference, we are focused on sending the language (words) only. No design. No images.That’s what most SSSEND users have told us they want.They prefer to receive the text, and send the emails to their lists themselves. But we are working on a design and send bolt-on option as well. Want that? Email us, or book a call to chat
Will I be assigned a specific writer who I can email with?
No, not yet. However, this is something we’re working on for the upcoming “pro” version of SSSEND. Stay tuned!
What if the newsletter doesn’t quite hit the mark?
Reply right away to let us know! The more specific you are about what's not working for you, the faster we can fix it.We are on a mission to write the world's most likeable email newsletters, and make sending them out the simplest, easiest part of your week. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our work.
Is there a free trial period?
No. We aim to make the service as affordable as possible, and that just does not allow for any free trials.
Can I stop my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel anytime, simply email hi@sssend.com. We only ask for 30 days notice on all cancellations.
